Mallory's wedding

My younger cousin, Mallory, got married in mid November and I'm just now posting about it.  Mallory is such a sweet young woman, and I could not be happier for her and her husband Josh. They both are interested in doing missionary work, and I know they are going to do great things together!  I can remember when Mallory was born so it definitely made me feel OLD to see her in a wedding dress, but she sure did look pretty! It was a good time!

Our cousin Maggie was helping her out.  So cute!

Elle and I sharing the yummy cake.

Elle and Papa playing with the pumpkin stickers. She kept saying "nose" and making everyone put a sticker on their nose.

Papa carefully letting Elle play with sparklers.

Oh and there was a dog statue outside of the church?!? I don't know why.  I guess I should have asked about that.

Afterwards, we did some indoor swimming at the hotel. Elle is such a dare devil... She practically was jumping in.  I believe I'm in trouble! She's going to keep us on our toes!

Since we were in NEA, we were able to spend some extra time with Baby Barrett!!  He is SO cute!

On our way back to NWA we went to The Children's Museum with Elle's cousin Cooper. Here they are waiting for the fish.  They were in deep concentration!

The girl likes to shop.

She almost cleaned out the store :)

Who's that dancing on the screen?  It's Elle!

Who's that dancing on this screen?  It's Dada :)

This will be the only time that she's in the back of a cop car! :)

Driving a fire engine.

It was a fun but exhausting weekend!  So glad Elle has awesome relatives to grow up with!!!

35th!

We celebrated Corey's 35th birthday earlier this month.  We're so thankful for Dada!  He's such a good daddy and husband!  He's also the type that doesn't really want a fuss made over him so we had family over for pizza and cake to celebrate.

The next day we went to the Razorback game.  One of Dada's favorite past times! Elle was mesmerized :)

Best picture of the two of us :(  She likes to play the I'm not going to look at the camera game!

Then, Mimi watched Elle so that we could go to Kansas City for a short trip.  We stayed at the Raphael Hotel on the Plaza and had a great time. We were able to shop, eat, and even hang out at a sports bar (per the birthday boy's request) all of which are things that we cannot do easily anymore with a toddler!  I actually did not take many pictures from our trip because I decided to enjoy the moment and not lug around my camera!

Here are a few pictures of our awesome room!

It even had a Keurig!

Elle has been busier than ever.  She is going through a "Terrible 2" phase and is fighting sleep lately.  She is even crawling out of her crib!  Big girl bed here we come!  Well, I have to find one first!

Silly girl :)!

Halloween 2012

Behind is an understatement.... I'm a so behind on so many things right now, and I can't believe I'm just now posting our Halloween festivities. Better late than never, right!?

Elle's first event was the Fall Festival at The Little Gym.  It was a lot of fun and she enjoyed it so much! Of course, we had to have a mini photo shoot before we left!

First time for Elle to get her face painted

She then participated in a costume parade at her school.

On Halloween night, we went Trick or Treating with our friends Holly, Ryan, and baby Price.  First, we had Halloween themed appetizers at our house.

Elle was so excited about her pumpkin lanterns!

Her partner in crime... Price (aka Charlie Brown)

And then they were off!  Unfortunately we got out late and the darkness made it difficult to get pictures :(

And finally, Elle had a Halloween themed dance class.

I believe Halloween was a success!
