A Sneak Peek!

Last week we went to Farmland Adventures with our church community group.  We decided as a group to dress our children in their Halloween costumes!  It was perfect because it happen to be really cold that evening and Elle's outfit is warm and cuddly.

Our happy little lamb!

10 Months Old!

I cannot believe that Elle is 10 months old!  Wow, time has flown! She is more fun then I could have ever imagined!  What she is doing right now....

*She is saying: Hi, Dada, Mama, Duck, More, and she tries to imitate animal sounds.
*She is standing without support.
*She likes to dance, clap, wave, and Call the Hogs!
*She wants to eat and drink whatever we are eating and drinking but she Still Does Not Have Any Teeth... So, we can only give her soft things like bread, shredded cheese, grapes, bananas, avocado, and hummus.
*She loves to play with Derby and actually teases him with her toys
(as if to say this is mine and you can't have it).
* She loves going shopping with Mama and tries to smile and wave at anyone who will look her way.

Another thing she is doing these days... taking her hair bows off :(

We've also had a lot of visitors lately!  Gigi came to see us and we went to see Cooper play soccer.

Cooper with his end of season certificate!

We also had a play date with Cate!

Isn't she cute!!!

And we had a visit from Corbin!

He's a cutie too!  And yes, in the background Elle is putting Alphabet magnets in her mouth.  IT'S A NEVER ENDING BATTLE!

Playing around after church today.  Thanks for checking in with us!

Fighting that thing called Sleep!

Elle is so active these days that it takes her so much longer to fall asleep. The other day I had laid her down for her afternoon nap and she "Seemed" asleep when I walked out.  When I watched her on the monitor I realized she was not asleep and she was having so much fun that I needed to record her.  So I did.  This is what she she was doing in her crib:

I admit that I coaxed her a little bit.  She is trying to snap her fingers and sway back and forth!  So cute!

Pumpkin Patch!

Last Sunday Elle, Corey, and I went to the Pumpkin Patch in Cave Springs.  We had a great time! They had a petting zoo, Razorback shaped corn maze, and a huge field of pumpkins.  We picked out the pumpkins that we wanted and then they were weighed.  This Pumpkin Patch charged 50 cents a pound.  It may have not been the most economical way to buy our pumpkins but it sure was the most fun!!!

Elle watching the goats!

Look Mom!  I found one!

This one is just my size!

Maybe we can ride this next year!

Yay for Foozeball and more Firsts for Elle!

Two weekends ago we went to Dallas for the Razorback game.  Corey and I lived in Dallas for 4 years so it was exciting to take Elle to Dallas for the first time! Corey and Kathy (Mimi) went to the game but Elle and I went shopping and visited with friends!!  We stayed in the South Lake area and we had a great time!  I didn't take as many pictures as I had hoped but this is what I have:

Elle and I shopping but still representing the HOGS with her cheerleading uniform!

Mimi and Corey at the Razorback game!

Corey surprised his mom by getting tickets to the Cowboy game too!  She was so surprised!
She LOVES football!

Elle experiencing IKEA for the first time :)

Elle meeting our friends Gerrit and Brandi for the first time.
They were our neighbors in Dallas for a few years.
We miss them so much and Elle LOVED them!

This past weekend we took Elle to her first Razorback game against Auburn!  It was a great game and she did a great job.  We made it to the 3rd quarter and she really enjoyed clapping and swaying to the band!

Tailgating with Holly!  We can't wait for John Price to get here around about December 30th!!!

Elle and Daddy taking it all in!

Woo Pig Sooie!

Another first for Elle:  Elle's first dance outfit!  Gigi bought this for Elle before she was born and she just now can fit into it.  I took dance (ballet and tap) for many years and I LOVE to dance.  I think she likes it too.  The girl has rhythm and dances when she hears music!

Happy 60th Papa!

We had a great time celebrating my father's birthday last weekend in Branson.  It was also very close to my dad's girlfriends 60th birthday so we did a duel celebration.  We rented a really cute cabin by Big Cedar Lodge and enjoyed some rest and relaxation.  My brother and I felt like it was right up our dad's alley.  We also went to the Dixie Stampede dinner show. I was afraid that Elle wouldn't be able to handle the entire show but she did great!  She clapped along with the music and was very attentive during the whole thing!  The girls also went shopping and we had a great Brunch at the Keeter Center.  It was a great weekend!!!

Isn't this cabin cute?!

Happy Birthday Papa!  We Love You!!!
